I am a postdoctoral fellow at Toronto Metropolitan University, affiliated with the Global Center for Climate Change and Transboundary Waters.
My research focuses on global governance, with particular attention to environmental cooperation over shared ressources.
I completed a joint Ph.D. in political science and environmental policy analysis at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Université Laval in 2026. I also hold a master's degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
My work has appeared in Global Environmental Politics, Regulation & Governance, Earth System Governance, and in the International Journal of the Commons.
Before starting my Ph.D., I was an international relations advisor at the National Assembly of Québec.
